Esther’s Adorning with all its programs, online courses, and products was born out of a place of deep personal need for Coaches Kiki’s and Cici’s family. Reeling from the stresses and effects of trauma, financial struggles, marital and relationship disarray, emotional dismay, and spiritual abuse, they found themselves lost beneath the rubble of brokenness. In a place of “stuck” for many years, they each found refuge in the arms of the Divine who they found to be a comfort, a very present help in the time of need, and a faithful friend. In seeking the Lord and Divine Wisdom (Sophia/Chokmah), they received what they refer to as “Divine Guidance” and a “Heavenly Download” of the Holistic Transformational System that is now the hallmark of the Esther’s Adorning brand!

Makini Amanda, a holistic transformational and trauma rehabilitation coach, has cultivated a lifestyle of being passionately pursued by the Lover of her soul and has refined an atmosphere of intimate worship of the same in her home. Better known as the PIE (Passion, Intimacy, & Ecstasy) Coach, Kiki's aim is to reveal the heart of God to His people and help them connect with Him. As a cofounder of Esther’s Adorning, she encourages the Body of Christ to embrace its bridehood and believes it is her calling and destiny to exhort people to love and worship God from a passionate heart brimming and overflowing with desire for Him produced from true knowledge and intimacy with Him. She specializes in teaching Believers to realize their oneness with God and each other by learning the “how-to” of commUNITY. She carries a prophetic mantle operating mainly in the word of wisdom gifting.

Makini served as a wife for 24 years before divorcing and settling into a life of satisfied singlehood. She is a homeschooling mother of five (three adults and two still in school) and currently resides in Texas. When she is not busy writing books and coaching, she enjoys modeling, designing apparel and jewelry, drawing, writing poetry and songs, and indulging in ecstasy with God. She is a published author of one of Amazon's Top 10-Bestsellers in three countries Show Me Your Face: The Cry of Every Human Heart – To Know and to Be Known. She has also written Show Me Your Face Companion Devotional and is currently formatting the Show Me Your Face Interactive Journal. Makini Amanda is currently working on Heavenly Honey: A Compilation of Poems To and From the Heart of God; Endurance for the Weary, Strength for the Weak: Encouraging Words Interactive Devotional for Those Who Desire to Go Deeper in God, and Christ and the Church: A Picture of Divine Ecstasy – What True Intimacy Should Look Like.   

Cierra Shakar, a trauma rehabilitation and holistic transformational coach, is filled with compassion and a zest for life. She is a cofounder of Esther’s Adorning. Also known as the SaSS (Single and Satisfied Savvy) Coach, she specializes in building confidence in singles of all ages to live satisfied in Christ with real incentive. As a fiction writer and poet, she uses her creativity to illustrate biblical principles while captivating her audience in a unique way. Cierra has spent the last eleven years cultivating her own romance with God and teaches both men and women to lean into God as their strength and fulfillment regardless of their relationship status.

Cierra is an avid worshipper of our great God and has a deep love for His Word. She carries a prophetic mantle operating mainly in the word of knowledge gifting. Her witty personality and grand sense of humor makes her relatable to all people groups. She feels called to bring Christian Fiction to Blacks and other minorities to share the gospel in a fun-loving and relatable way. When Cici is not working or entertaining her younger siblings, she takes time to enjoy any of her many talents – playing the violin, guitar, or piano; modeling; posting to her YouTube channel; or swimming. She also enjoys reading and bike riding. Cierra is the daughter of Makini Benelohim and currently resides with her mother and siblings in Texas. She recently finished Overshadowed – her first fiction work for publication.
